To purchase a product from our online store, browse through our range of items and add products you'd like to buy by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button that appears when you hover over an image. Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top of your screen. From here, follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Yes, we can invoice schools. Please provide a purchase order number before you proceed to the checkout and select School Invoice as your payment option. We will send an invoice to the school email address you enter when completing your order. Invoices are payable within 30 days

All product prices listed on our website do not include GST. When you proceed to the checkout, the system automatically calculates and adds the GST to the total.

Your security is important to us at Learning Developments. When you enter information on our website, it is protected both online and offline. Your information will never be passed on to any third party. By signing up to our email newsletters, at the very least we will store your email address, and at the most, we will ask for your name, company, and contact details

Discount codes can be entered once you have added your desired products to your cart and you proceed to the checkout. From the checkout, you can enter the code in the text box provided below the summary of your order. Please contact us if you have any issues or questions regarding your discount code.

We always do our best to ensure your purchases are sent out accurately and promptly, however, if you do find that an item is missing from your order, please contact us directly to rectify the issue. Please include your purchase details and what item is missing.

DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Learning Developments. That's why if you aren't satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund the purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of original invoicing. The goods must be returned in original condition. Please contact us directly to arrange returns.

We stock trusted brands and quality products on our online store, however if you do experience any quality defects on items, we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Simply contact us directly and we'll arrange a solution that suits you best.

We aim to return your money back to you as soon as possible after receiving your return. Please allow 5-7 working days for us to receive and process your return.

Our shipping costs are calculated at the checkout by a Courier Post application. Orders are sent out as an overnight service. Please allow extra time over weekends and during school holidays for delivery.

If you want to order larger quantities than we have on hand, you are able to do so by contacting us directly. Back-orders do require our suppliers to be able to deliver as well. If an item is unavailable we will contact you with alternative options. If in the rare case of us being unable to procure the item you have ordered, within a suitable time period, we will refund your order without delay.
