The LAMP:bit is designed to connect directly to your BBC Micro:Bit. It simulates a street light in both form and function. A phototransistor on the top of the LAMP:bit allows the LED to react to changes in light levels, switching on or off as a real street light would.
The LAMP:bit is designed in the same style as the STOP:bit and ACCESS:bit, allowing you to create a simulation transport or town project with them.
Power is supplied to the board from the micro:bit that is connected to it via the 0V and 3V pins.
